Sesame Green Beans

INGREDIENTS
1 Tablespoon canola oil
1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 lb fresh green beans, washed
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS
1 - Warm large skillet or wok over medium heat
2 - When wok is hot, pour in canola & sesame oils then add beans
3 - Stir the beans to coat them with oil
4 - Cook until the beans are bright green & slightly brown in spots (~10 minutes)
5 - Remove from heat & stir in soy sauce
6 - Cover and let sit for 5 minutes
7 - Transfer to platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds

THOUGHTS
Very easy and very tasty. I usually serve these with an asian style fish or chicken.
