INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
1 cup corn syrup
2 Tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups pecans
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
DIRECTIONS
1 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 - Beat eggs and stir in sugar and flour
3 - Add corn syrup, butter, and vanilla
4 - Fold in pecans
5 - Pour into crust and bake for 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean
THOUGHTS
This is a great basic pecan pie recipe. Next time we want to experiment with some bourbon!!
