INGREDIENTS:
2 Tablespoons butter
1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 clove minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1 lb sliced mushrooms
DIRECTIONS:
1 - Melt butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2 - Add balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano and mushrooms. Saute for 20-30 minutes or until tender.
THOUGHTS:
Yummy addition to any steak dinner.
