Lottie's Roasted Carrots

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb carrots- cut into small strips
olive oil
rosemary
lemon
salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:
1 = Drizzle carrots with olive oil, then sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper
2 - Roast at 375 for 45 min.
3 - Top off with lemon juice

THOUGHTS:
Delicious way to eat carrots. I usually only like them raw, but this recipe kept them crisp and tasty.
